SHIPPING

We provide three different options of delivery :

• Pick up place in GENEVA / Pick up place in LAUSANNE (Switzerland) / WORLDWILD SHIPPING.
  You will choose the option of your choice at the end of checkout 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however if we are running late, we will let you know.

Orders placed on a weekend, will be dispatched on Monday. When we ship your order, you will receive a email with a tracking number to check your delivery.
 Please allow 24 hours for processing orders and to receive your tracking number / confirmation of order shipment

IMPORTANT MESSAGE - COVID 19 : We pride ourselves on the fastest service, however, due to COVID-19 there may be slight delays for understandable reasons out of our control.

TRACK YOUR ORDER : Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This will be issued 24 hours after placing your order on weekdays (or the following business day if you placed your order on a weekend). 

 We send our parcels by La Poste so you can easily track your order at www.post.ch
