SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped from Switzerland via Swiss Post or UPS, depending on your location and the delivery method you choose.

Shipping costs vary based on your country and the speed of delivery (standard or express). The exact amount will be shown at checkout.
Good news – shipping is free for all orders over €80.

Please note: depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends). If there is any delay, we’ll let you know.

Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for processing and to receive your tracking details.
