We pride ourselves on providing high quality service, and ensuring you are happy with your order. With that in mind, our Returns Policy is below :

  • You have 14 days from the date you placed your order, to lodge a return request. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached, no odors and with its accompanying garment bag.
    If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you again at your own expense. We do not pay for return shipping or taxes, unless the item is faulty.
  • To return or exchanges unwanted items, please let us know via a short email maracuja.bikinis@gmail.com, on the contact page or on DM instagram.
    Send an email saying :
    “Hello, I would like to exchange/send back my purchase (please state why for feedback purposes.)
  • If an item you ordered is unsuitable, the delivery charges for returning the item will not be reimbursed. You are responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning the item.  If you wish to exchange an item for a different size because it doesn't fit, you can return the item at your own expense, and we will send you the new size free of charge.
  • Sale items, or items purchased at more than a 10% discount, are eligible for return of a credit of the sale value only. As such, if you send back an item to exchange, and by the time we receive your returned item, the item you wanted is out of stock, then we will give you store credit instead of your exchange.
  • You can exchange for any other item in our store of the same or lesser value, subject to availability, as above. Please note that if you choose an item of lesser value, we are not able to refund the difference in price -- you'll just receive the exchange item. Please be sure to read the full returns policy, below, before making a purchase.

For example: If you exchange an item valued at $100, for an item valued at $80, you will receive the new (exchanged) item but will not be refunded the $20 difference. Shipping fees will not be refunded or reimbursed in the event of an exchange. Be sure to see the table below to check if your item is eligible.
